Job description
As an Emergency and Eyewash Technician, you'll be responsible for operating, inspecting, cleaning, and maintaining emergency and eyewash stations. You'll work in various environments, including laboratories, energy facilities, terminals, and the food industry. You'll contribute to the safety of these locations by ensuring that the emergency and eyewash stations are always operational and properly maintained.
Tasks and responsibilities
Inspect, maintain and clean emergency and eye showers.
Carrying out repairs.
Accurate maintenance of records and preparation of inspection reports.
Working in diverse work environments, such as laboratories and industrial plants.
We ask
No specific training is required; it's learning on the job.
In possession of a VCA full certificate (or willing to obtain one).
Flexible, proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team.
In possession of a driving license B + own transportation.
Mastery of the Dutch language in speech and writing.
Willingness to work outside regular working hours if necessary.
Willingness to travel and, if necessary, to stay overnight at home or abroad.
